FAQ

1. Can you tell me how you do things better?

We use state of the art equipment and chemicals to provide the best cleaning possible.

We are always researching new and improved products and techniques to give you the best results.

Our pressure washing machine uses hot or cold water. Most if not all machines that you can purchase at the hardware store only use cold water.

Think about when you take a bath or wash your car…does hot or cold water work better?

It’s the same for your house, deck, driveway, etc…, hot water does a more effective job so that you get a better clean.

2. Do you bring your own water, or do you need to hook into my water?

Yes for any customer on a well we bring our own water, this prevents burning up your well pump.

The little bit of money you might save from a fly by nighter using your water will cost you way more then that in costly well repairs.

Houses that are not on wells, we will generally have our tanks full before we arrive and could possible use a little of your water to finish off the job if necessary.

We will go over all of this with you when we come out to give you an estimate, before we start your job.

3. I am having a party at my house this weekend, how quickly can you provide your services?

We can generally fit in special requests depending on work load and weather.

It is always best to let us know of special requests when calling and we will honestly tell you if we can accommodate them.

While our schedule fills up quickly, especially in the warmer months, we will do everything we can to help you out.

4. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and Paypal.

5. How is hiring you better than just buying a pressure washer at the local hardware store and doing it myself?

Our machines are far superior to any you can purchase at a local hardware store.

Our machines use hot water which cleans and disinfects better than cold water.

You will not have to put yourself in danger getting on wet ladders and will save yourself a entire day of labor.

We know the proper techniques to clean all surfaces. It is very easy to ruin a deck, pavers even vinyl siding if you don’t know what you are doing.

The little bit of savings is not worth it for the damage you could cause not knowing what you are doing.

We do this everyday. Would you perform surgery on yourself to save a few bucks because you can buy a scalpel at the store? I know I wouldn’t, and would go to a professional.

6. Can you stain and seal my deck also, or do you just clean it?

Yes we can stain and seal your deck and do repairs to it. We also seal pavers and cement. We can also reapply sand to your pavers using polymeric sand.

7. Do I need to be home when you come to provide your services?

No, as long as your windows are closed and everything we discuss has been done prior to us arriving.

Cars should be removed from driveway as well, so dirt doesn’t get on them.

If you are home and need to go in and out during the day, it would be best if your car could be removed from the garage prior, so not to slow down our progress and our pressure hoses don’t get driven over.

8. Do you clean windows?
Window-Cleaning

Yes we can clean your windows inside and outside. Obviously if we are doing interior window cleaning someone will need to be home.
